Sellers Conference Call
Every month June Slusser, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker High Country Realty, gives a market update to our clients that have listed property. In the conference call, which usually last from 30 minutes to 1 hour, she gives a real estate market update at both the local and national level. She examinies statistical trends in our local real estate market and suggests ways that these trends will affect our combined real estate marketing efforts. Our company compiles statistics on a monthly basis and will compare them to historical statistics that date back to 2005. We will also look at the national trends in Real Estate and sorrounding industries and provide insight as to the effect that these trends may have on our real estate market.
This call is also an opportunity for June to offer creative ways to market your property. The discussion will focus on 'outside-of-the-box' strategies geared at attracting attention to our listed properties while still demanding the highest possible price.
